Order Processing Time Please note that our order processing times are separate from shipping times. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification.
Potential Delays During high-volume periods or due to postal service disruptions, there may be delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our Studio-Built pieces are made to order and assembled by our team in Melbourne.

DIY Kit Orders
DIY Kits are packed and shipped flat-packed for self-assembly.

Mixed Orders
If your order includes both Studio-Built items and DIY Kits, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready. If you need items sent separately, please contact us before placing your order.
In-Store Pickup For our local customers, we offer the option for in-store pickup. Here’s how it works:
- In-Store Pickup Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at 21 Stubbs Street, Kensington, VIC 3031. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will prepare your order within 10 to 14 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to book a pickup appointment.
Pickup Hours:
Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, you can collect it directly from our warehouse.
Please enter via the rear of the building — Pick up at rear. Parking is available on site.
Pickup is available during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Please note that pickup is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Order Status Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@mugu.com.au with your name and order number for assistance.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes Please note that some carriers have restrictions on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If this affects your order, we will inform you at checkout.
